Chapitre 1

You cut me up like some sow! My shell is cracking like some crushed snail!

    Where the roots are growing.

You were going to cut my throat off?

Frame 3: Alexandre, please face up!

    Frame 5: Darius, on guard!

Frame 2: No tranquility! Deep down the verdant dale, the enemy doesn't wait for your breath to be long and strong.

Frame 3: He strikes with passion!

Frame 4: Where are our opponents Maldoror?

Frame 6: Everywhere on your way.

Frame 3: Khoïkhoïs want to defy the powerful ape-like empire.

Frame 4: When the khoïkhoï army invades the plain, nothing is there. Or rather yes, everything is there: the stretching grass, the trees, the cultivated lands. But no army to fight.

Frame 5: The monkey king has left the place vacant. Though the battle should take place in this very plain!

Frame 6: The Khoïkhoïs get crasy, they are searching everywhere. When the sky turns blue, the shadows are spreading and they fancy the opponent army within every oblong shape.

F1: Then the monkey king appears alone, he explains that his people abdicates and that he never had any fiendish army. He suggests taking them right now to the submissive capital.

F2: Khoïkhoïs refuse. Every step, they're fantasising these dreadful warriors they have never defeated, this invisible army devastating them.

F3: Does the monkey king have an army?

    F1: No!

F4: Yes! He has the most powerful one in the world. It is in his mind and in all his opponent's.

F5: Meditate on that during your two free days.

    F6: I would've had it!

Come on! We can run faster than him!

    I'm all sticky!

F1: You are dark as coal! Two fat slugs leaving their traces on the carpet's strands!

F2: So what, human life comes down to being clean?

F4: No alexandre! An explorer's a fighter's life driven by instinct is a life without clear water, bathed in thousand fragrances' exhalations but without any cleanliness nor transparency.

F5: Is it the life you are dreaming of, monsters?

          Yes!

F6: Then from now on i forbid you any ablutions! Until further notice you will live in this condition. Woe betide the one who will change his shirt!

    Is it scratching?

    No.

    Me neither.

Stop! You two! Go hunt the creepy-crawler in the undergrowth!

F4: What shall i do now?

F5: Am i suppose to wait for the buzzard to swoop down on me, with spreaded claws?

F1: It's been more than ten years sine the last time, my brother.

F2: Our last interview... It was also a rubby october, wasn't it? The light was white, just like today.

F3: Though the news you brought me were dark. Is it still the case?

I would prefer a glass of wine first.

F6: I've seen two children. Two boys.

F1: They are under my wing.

Did you find the two babies who suited you?

F2: They had a sooty look since the cradle.

F3: They will be two preposterous condottieri fighting all the time. Did their families agree?

F4: Laugh at me! I abducted them according to murder rules. You, why are you here?

F5: Habsbourgs are warlike, Vienna is seething. Ottomans revel in their strenght. I will have much to do.

F6: There are all pathetic conceited. I have no use of these news.

F1: You are wrong! And yet it's the situation in which your two toads will evolve.

For now they are preserved. And it will for a while.

F2: Such an insight is salutary.

F3: I need it for my son. I'm leaving him to you. Don't worry. He's as much a toad as the two others.

F5: Frist one in the rumpus room!
